2009

Invited our Honorable Primer Minister HE Sam Dec Hun Sen to officiate the Ground Breaking Ceremony to officially start the construction works of Stueng Hav International Port, with few other ministers and cabinet members attending this ceremony, proudly initiated the invitation by our Attwood Investment Group Chairman, Chumteav Oknha Lim Chhiv Ho.
The Port's infrastructure and facility plan was approved after submission of feasibility study for this project.

2008

Officially incorporated and registered Stueng Hav International Port as the investment arm of Attwood Investment Group Co Ltd
Port road opened - road construction works began

2007

Started Feasibility Study, with the appointment of Japan Development Institute, an expert in infrastructure development analysis works that used to be assigned by Asian Development Bank for similar projects around Mekong region, to conduct the study for Stueng Hav Port's future potential growth inline with economic development of Cambodia.
Stueng Hav Port initiated a Safety Pledge together with port users as a display of total commitment to integrate safety into all operations in the port.
The Port started upgrading and expansion works for its infrastructure and facilities such as roads and grounds which rolled out in stages over next 3 years.
