Attwood Investment Group (AIG), a privately owned limited company wholly by Chumteav Oknha Lim Chhiv Ho, Chairman of the AIG and other of her related companies in Cambodia, as well as the Managing Director of Attwood Import Export Company Limited, is one of the renowned corporate in Cambodia. Known for its vast experience in the sales and distribution of the well known international brands of spirits and beer, Attwood Import Export secured long term working relationships with international brands such as Hennessy, Johnnie Walker and Heineken beer. Today, Attwood Import Export controls approximately 70 percent market share of Cambodia’s spirit and 30 percent of its premium imported beer in the market. Attwood Import Export also runs a hugely successful Duty Free business, with shops at Phnom Penh’s airport’s VIP lounge, few others at Thai and Vietnam border crossings and in busy downtown Phnom Penh.

Keeping inline with the economic trend and national plan to develop Cambodia to cope up with increasing needs for infrastructure; Attwood Investment Group as investment holding company commits to venture into infra-structure development to build an international sea port, and to invest in SEZ operations at Stueng Hav.

LCH group of companies including Attwood Investment Group; has been diversified to many sectors of business, from retail trading, wholesale distribution of consumable products to beverages, real estate, property development and investment, restaurants and leisure, as well as infrastructure development and SEZ operator. Our business sector in real estate, property development, and tourism including operating boutique hotels operate mainly in the major cities and provinces within Cambodia, mostly located in the strategic locations.

Attwood Investment Group holds the concession rights to build; operate and own the international sea port and Special Economic Zone in Stueng Hav, which is just approximately 8 kilometers away from the Shihanoulkville main sea port. In addition, AIG holds the right for sand extraction for land reclaiming and sands selling at Stueng Hav, besides holding the concession right to operate a 90 megawatts power plant within the Stueng Hav International Port & Special Economic Zone.

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) sees SEZs as the key component to the country’s rapid development through increased employment and the development of new and advanced skills for labors in the near future will turn the country into a highly competitive production destination and export platform to serve the increasing needs in world market.
